- End-user deliveries within the EU will be charged VAT included (amounting at 9% for books and 19% for audio/video/data media).
- Should the Customer ask for a tax document without VAT, we require VAT code of the Customer + the Customer's VAT Statement on Registration for the relevant country.
- With Individuals and companies we require an advance payment (by a deposit invoice).
- Educators, Schools and other educational institutions are invoiced at delivery with 14-day maturity.
- Discounts for Schools and Educators are available against filling-in a brief questionnaire (for our internal use only).
- To ensure convenient identification of the payment, IBAN and/or SWIFT bank codes are welcome.
- Payments by cheques or credit cards are not accepted.
- Delivery terms are conditioned by the local post service in the Customer's home country.
